Hi,
May I know how to send my Mavic Pro to DJI for repair/replacement?
I just purchased my Mavic Pro 2 days ago and when I tried to set-up and ready my self for 1st flight, then it does not work.
Seems IMU or gimbal issues because I see IMU and Gimbal errors even trying to calibrate and restarted it several times.
May I know what do I need to provide? Or during DJI Go4 app, remote control and Aircraft connection and registration, DJI already gets all the details?
I cannot see any detailed steps on the warranty and returns on Mavic Pro.
I am a very beginner in drone and this is my 1st touch and purchase of any kind of drones and I am completely confused.
Please help!!!!
