Hi I’m trying to update my Mavic Pro and getting error code 0x020404 at 56% updating can someone help with this?

Did you update it with your drone fully charge battery? check your driver again and change usb port on your pc too. Good luck.

Okay cheers yeah it was fully charged tried updating on windows also with the app on my phone same problem just fails, but will try different USB port

Can you check if windows can recognize all drivers for drone and rc? Did you try to uninstall whole dji assistant app and download, reinstall again with "Run as administrator"? If you have mac, also try on that too, even change usb type c cable. Please try to "Reset factory" first, restart drone and try to update again.
All above did not work, i suggest you to contact dji support for help. Good luck
