probably been asked a million times already but.....

im getting a sensor warning  and it says calibrate ....

everytime I try via the phone / controller combo  i get a message   too much ambient light     floor not recognised

and then if I try running the assistant and doing it via that option  i get a plave needs rebooting message   and it wont go further

have a mavic pro and running windows 10

Good day. I am sorry that you are not able to update the DJI Assistant 2 Firmware properly. I will be sending you a link ( https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads ) this link will be the latest firmware of the Mavic Pro as of today. After updating the Firmware all you need to do is to calibrate the Mavic Pro by placing the drone on a plain surface. Thank you.
