Need help. All my firmware has been updated but I am still having pixilation problem on my controller. I even chose 720 but the video still pixilates.
Appreciate if you can give me some more suggestions how to have this resolve. Thanks

Good day. I understand that you are having issues with image pixelation. Where are you seeing these pixelated videos is it through the device that is connected to the remote control or is it from the SD card from the drone? May I also know what is the model of your drone and the model of the mobile device that you are using? Thank you.

Thank you for replying and inquiry about my issue. The pixilation is in the device that is connected to the remote control. My drone is the Mavic Pro (Fly more combo) and the device attached to the remote is my Samsung Note Edge.

On your Mavic Pro, Try downgrading from Firmware version .300 to .200 using DJI's Assistant-2.

Good day. Thank you for the information. Upon checking the compatibility of the Mavic Pro to the Samsung Note Edge. I am sorry to say that the Samsung Note Edge is not yet on the list of the compatible mobile devices of the Mavic Pro. The compatibility issue might be the one that is causing the pixelation. I will be posting the list of compatible devices as a reference.
