Hi, I have a question and seems could not find the answer on Google.

Why does my Wifi Channels under the Wifi Setting missing?

Could not also select either 2.4 or 5.8 ghz (no option).

Either via OTG or Wifi connection, no Channels and the bars.

Hoping for your guidance.

Anyway, the devices that I use with my Spark are IPhone 8, Samsung S8 and Samsung Tab A7.

My spark, the controller and app are in the latest firmware/version.

Yes, the issue remains regardless of changing from one to another devices mentioned above.

Hoping for your help.

P.S. I tried downgrading, refreshed the current firmware, forced stop the app, clear cache the app, restart the phone, still nothing.

P.P.S Whenever I use the Iphone 8, only the Wifi SSID, Password is shown. No channel mode graph.

Any help, please.

Just a shot in the dark, refresh the firmware WITH the controller connected...

And just had to ask, you are NOT using OTG on either configuerations?

Also, what is your country location?

Though, I will try to factory default the Spark tomorrow. Will see if that would fixy issue.

There seems to be a problem with that file. Could not save it, been trying several times.

So, I just tried to save the other without it. Just giving you an update so far. Thank you.

Could not save few of the files, same error is showing after my last post.

Anyway, saved just a few and now, looking for the DJI Server.

May I know what's the current version of the DJI Assistant 2? Please try to reinstall or refresh to see whether it helps.

The version is the latest, I think. V 1.2.4.

Weird.  

I thought the WiFi channel analyzer was scroll-able.  Did you scroll off (swipe by) the used channels with noise to unavailable channels?  There are dozens of channels and Spark doesn't have all of them available for use.

Maybe something wonky with manual or auto channel selection.  No Fly Zone updated so it knows what channels are available in your area (database updated for analyzer to populate x axis of the spectrum graph)?

It was but after trying the Litchi app, this happened.

On a android phone, you could see the graph table only, no channels/bars whatsoever though. On an IOS device, is a different story. It has no graph table at all, all you could see is the Wifi name and password of the AC.

Basically, I cannot see, know and change what channel I am or to use. Either 2.4g or 5.8g.

I have purchased a new Dji spark and im having the same issue
No Inf bars or any way to swich Wifi Connection (im not using OTG Cable)
the only time i can see the bars is when im connecting the spark directly to the Phone(Samsung note 5)
i also tried I phone X,Ipad and other android deviced but nothing is showing up
latest firmware on Spark and Remote controller and dji go app
i tried to  downgrade the app to 4.1.15 and 4.1.12 and still nothing
also i tried to downgrade the firmware on the AC Spark and still nothing
also i tried to refresh dji spark firmware and still nothing happened.
when i tried to refresh the controller firmware i also discoverd that it wont connect to the PC
No beeping sound of connection or disconnection and nothing, i even checked on device manager and theres nothing showing up.
its really sucks i just bought it a week ago and i already need to send it over to dji to seewhats worng with that since i checked about this problem and it isnt normal
not to mention that its hardly passing 30meters away from me
