We went out to test my new daily driver the ONEPLUS 6 with the DJI OSMO MOBILE 2 and the Filmic Pro app with the added Cinematographer Kit to get the Flat and Log profiles.  No warp in post to show you the original stability with the Osmo and  with the in boady stabilization turned ON. Edited and graded in Premiere Pro 2018.

Thanks a lot. Actually the FilmicPro connects via the app trough bluethoot to the Osmo Mobile 2 and as shown in the end of the video there are a tonn of manual controls that you can do with the Osmo joystick. So you answer is Yes it's compatible with Android..

well, it is compatible but many functions do not work, or can you use the Zoom key? I could not even use the Record button! I have seen changing the functionality of the zoom key to mode changes in iOS but I can not get it in my OP6

Did you switch on the Osmo option in the FilmicPro menu in the sub-menu "Hardware" ? Just an idea. Without that switch activated my Record button did not work as well first (but I am on IOS ..).

Yep i tested the app. The refocusing issue for now is to lock focus and exposure by long pressing the yellow rectangle for 2 seconds. (You would do that eventually if you want a more cinematic feel without the change of exposure)

Thank you for the answer.. yes i think that for now we will do in this way waiting a patch that fix this bug. i'll buy FilmicPro that seems to be really nice from your video.

Yep.. FilmicPro gives you much more control of the atual image, exposure values etc...

The first shot was an establishing shot made with the Mavic Air... I can't run so fast with a monopod...

I've had a go at running with a extended tripod, surprisingly turned out ok. Needs more practice.

I have Oneplus6 and II have bought FimicPro and I have a few problems with Dji Oslo Mobile 2, first of all the starting button doesn't work with FilmicPro when I pushed it the volume of the mobile phone turns up. Another think is that I cannot film any video in more than 30fps even when I choose 1080p resolution.

Do you have the same problems?

Yeah.. some features like 60P 4K are not fully compatible with all android phones.. like ours OnePlus6....
