Set a rule in Outlook that these DJI mails shall be moved to trash automatically.
That's the only way I was able to solve it. Checking the box didn't help...

It does not surprise me, it seems the software fools at DJI cannot even send a simple email without screwing up.

Geoff, I checked the box too, but continue to be inundated.

Polite reminders that my post had been responded too. Numerous times...

Yes, I was getting them too, and the OP is right, they crash my copy of Outlook.

Why is that option to opt out even there, if it doesn't stop the stacks of mail?

Follow these steps:-
1. Hold down the “CTRL” key on your keyboard while opening Outlook. Hopefully, Outlook will at least open in Safe Mode.
2. Select “File” > “Manage Add-Ins“.
3. Now you need to disable plugins to see if they are the root of your issue. ...
4. Click “Close“, then close Outlook.
5. Restart Outlook normally.
