My P3A was supposedly shipped yesterday from DJI. But this morning the Fed Ex tracking says, "Shipping Exception!" In red print. There is no other explanation of any problem. What does this mean?  Thanks.

I got the same thing. If you look near the bottom it says something to the affect that the package was received after FedEx pickup hours?

Be patient.  The "Shipping Exception" remark on mine disappeared after a few hours and it now says estimated delivery is next Tuesday.  Shopping for a new tablet this weekend.

Yes, but that doesn't change the fact they missed the drop off time delaying the deliveries by 4 days.

What's interesting is that beside "Total Pieces" is the number 360

It took them a whole day just to put a shipment sticker on mine and missed the cut off for pick up.  I ordered this on Saturday morning.  DJI is obviously not in a hurry over there.

That's how many pieces it will be in after fedex gets through with it. Don't bother to open the box. Just give it a shake. If it rattles, just slap on a return shipping label.

Been there done that.

The shipping exception was the container that was being shipped to the USA. Once the container gets here, US Customs does their thing, then the items are dispatched to the various purchasers.

I see that people haven't learned that direct purchases while appearing to be cheaper, gives you no one to bitch at.

If you've got some time on your hands, contact customer service via chat. You'll get answers that will boggle the mind.
