How do I make the quality better and how do I stop the flickering? When I take a camera photo shot it comes out fine just when I video it comes out horrendous

That has to come from your cache and not the card.

Yes - you are downloading the wrong video from your card.  

I always use the video from my card, not my mobile device.  Card video is like comparing B&W TV to HDTV.

Look in all the directories aka folders until you find the HD vids

Pop the SD card, put it in a $3 USB adapter and copy the video files to your computer.
Then check them to see what they look like.

Not sure what drone you fly.  Are you using D-Log?
