last Saturday came the phone announcement that the remote controller has become a new firmware.
I downloaded a new firmware and unzip the compressed file.

Thus began the following problem: when I connected the phone to the remote control wi-fi, so go Dji 4 application does not start.
If I first start the DJI go 4 application and then connect the remote controller to wi-fi then the application shuts down immediately.

What is wrong here? what do I have to do?

If that doesnt work, uninstall the App, delete the cache of it first, and reinstall it.

I allready uninstall to app and reinstall, no help. Next I try that "forget wifi". I dont know that last firmware version. Spark has been with me for two weeks. Before I started I updated the firmware.

No help. "forget wifi" uninstall, delete cache, reinstall app ... no help

Will the app "stay" without the RC on?
Have you reseted the RC?
If on, push the on/off button for 9 secs

Yes. the application stays running.

Reset the RC for a try.

Reset RC, no help. I have a Huawei Honor 5X.

Ok, uninstall the app again and install an older version.
4.1.15 and 4.2.12 are pretty stabil!

problem solved. My phone is not compatible. Well it worked for two weeks but now no longer. So now buy a new phone ....

Or maybe try an older app.
There are reports saying the honor 5x works with DJI Go4!

Also: I can be that the update got wrong.
Anyway, DJI says there is no new firmware for the RC.
So what have you downloaded, please?
And had to unzip?
