Hi! I'm having issues with my spark. When turning on the device it doesn't send out a wifi signal. I tried another battery and so on, but still no change.

Does someone know what the options are to solve the problem?

Try resetting the Wifi to Factory Setting first -

Give your Phone a Restart, sometimes it helps. Give a Restart to the Spark too.

I would give the Spark's Wifi a Factory Reset First. After the Spark has been powered on, press and hold the power button for 9 seconds (or until you hear 3 beeps) to reset the Wi-Fi.

Are you using the Phone alone to connect or the Phone + Controller ?

Here you have explained the Beeps when you hold the Spark Power Button to change the Type of Connection you want -

After the Spark has been powered on, press and hold the power button for:

• 3 seconds (or until you hear 1 beep) to link the remote controller to the Spark
• 6 seconds (or until you hear 2 beeps) to disconnect the remote controller (so you can enable virtual joysticks on the Phone)
• 9 seconds (or until you hear 3 beeps) to reset the Wi-Fi
  

Hi, Our apologies for the inconvenience. May i know if you want to link it directly to your remote controller or you want to control the aircraft using your mobile device only?
