In my P4P V2, w[size=14.6667px]hen I try to change the direction of Tap Fly while flying, I get an horrible message like : do you want to stop the current flight? confirm? So, I have not tried to change direction. Can I change while flying , have you tested it? what do DJI mean by that "make you nervous" message?

When you set up tapfly, you nominate the direction and start. If you want to go in the opposite direction then you need to stop the original tapfly and start again with a different direction.

Yes I know that, but my question is: why it says it will stop flying....will it? Have you tried?

iPAD model A1822, DJI Go 4 v4.2.20.
P4P V2 and Controller at latest available firmware.

Is this the first time that you are using the iPad A1822? Just to isolate the problem, do you have other devices that you can use and try to use the TapFly feature. I will also communicate with our Developer to do some test on new iPad device. Please let us know the result if you do have a spare device. Please see the list of the tested and recommended devices below.

I have been using  this iPAD for 6 months. Let me explain better, I can do tap flying. My concern is that when I want to switch the direction while flying, I get a warning message and I am afraid of tapping again bcs it says "It will stop fly"

I don't believe that means it will fall out of the sky, i am thinking that means it will stop the current mission

fly it at a lower elevation and change direction over your head and just catch it if it falls!!!

you are right...but wouldn't be easy that DJI confirms that the message does not actually mean to turn off Phantom

Thank you for sharing the picture. You needed to finish the mission first before you change the direction. For example, when you tap the mission on a specific part, we have to wait that the aircraft reaches the part where you tap before you can make another direction. Tapfly will only work one at a time and cannot do multiple locations. Hope this will help.

I think someone else commented that you should stop that mission, then you can reverse, but I have not tried any of those features, so I am no expert

To answer your question, it will not drop, it will stop and hover awaiting input from you!
