Hi, Our apologies for the inconvenience. I understand that you are having issues on the images and videos on your SD card. Please try formatting your SD card using a card reader directly to a computer. You can also try to reset the factory defaults of the camera. Please check the instructions below:
1. Open DJI Go 4 app and enter Camera view
2. Tap on the Camera settings
3. Tap on the Cogwheel
4. Scroll down and look for Reset Camera Settings
