I have decided to sell my Mavic Air however can I transfer the DJI Refresh over to the new Buyer as it does not expire until 10/04/2019 albeit there is only 1 claim left on it?

Yes the refresh is based on the serial number of the Mavic.

Yes you can! :-) Just provide the Care Refresh confirmation email to the buyer of your MA to facilitate a potential future claim for him.
But a great pity that you are selling your MA, may I ask why?

You can but they need your email address which they're going to need to access. I had this situation before and did not give my email because the buyer needs access to that email account. No good.

Yes, the DJI Care refresh is bonded with the serial number of your aircraft, technically, the new owner could use the DJI Care refresh whenever he needs it. I would suggest giving the agreement number to the new owner.

To be honest m8 upgraded to Mavic Pro Plat but as for the Insurance I'll go elsewhere for it as I don't agree with how they deal with any Claims.

Ah Tony glad you mentioned Serial Number as DJI have sent a 'replacement' drone back so I am guessing they would not have had forethought to have changed it on the DJI Refresh on my behalf would they? I guess I'll have to contact Refresh and make sure they have the new SN number

Sorry who needs the email  and password? The next Customer or DJI? I thought it would be a matter of just contacting DJI Refresh and letting them know I have a replacement Drone and give new SN number....neither will be getting my email or password that's for sure lol

Can you see the other posts re giving the new Buyer my Email Address and Password? That cannot be right can it? Secondly the Refresh shows my original Drone SN but obviously DJI have sent a Replacement which has a different SN. How do I change the Policy to reflect that please?

Giving the buyer your email account credentials is definitely false information. The serial number issue you should check with DJI. I trust they can fix this.

It would be the buyer would need it. I tried to transfer the insurance stuff over to a new buyer when DJI told me he would need my email...I told the buyer it's not going to happen b/c buyer would need to access my email.

Besides DJI wants used drones buyers to contact them for repairs at full price.
