Hi thanks for reaching DJI Forum, A polarizing filter filters unwanted reflections : avoiding you to get too shiny leaves, allowing you to see through the waters, or to look at the content of a show window without being reflected in the glass. It helps darken blue skies too. Since it filters the light it does also have a darkening effect.  Nd filters help control image exposure by reducing the light that enters the camera so that you can have more control of your depth of field and shutter speed.  So it all really depends on what type of Photography you are into. Hope this helps.

you can get better color depth usually with polarized filters in the harsh midday light due to the ability to cut out some of the brightest highlights, which are usually the reflections off of shiny objects.  The only challenge is that unless the sun is directly behind your subject, you can't just set the polarizer and go fly, you'd have to adjust the angle of the polarizer to cut out those reflections.  it is something I have found hard enough with a DSLR camera much less on a drone.  probably if you're planning on taking video, the polarizer might not be the best since the angle between the drone and the sun will be changing, and if you're going to take more stills where you can position the drone to cut down on the glare/reflection before shooting.

For photography ND filters do not make much sense in my opinion. For pictures you most of the time want high shutter speeds. A UV filter is good to protect the lens.
