Hello Everyone,

I’m from Sydney, Australia and I am planning to bring my mavic pro to Honolulu, Hawaii for a holiday, I was just wondering whether there was any rules I needed to know when flying or whether I would need to register my drone under the faa uas.

Also whether there is anything I may need to know about my flight to and from Honolulu to minimize any complications on the plane.

Some good locations for flying and places with good photo opportunities would be great too.

Any and all info would be appreciated.

Check the FAA website - you will need to register - Hawaii is a US state and regulated as US airspace.
