I JUST BOUGHT MY NEW DRONE TELLO AND I CANT TO UPPER IT FROM THE FLOOR, I DONT HAVE "TAKE OFF AND LAND" OPENINON
I ONLY CAN TO FLIGHT IT WE "THROW&GO"
PLEASE HELP

if the take off button is missing you try to restart the app and see if it appear, if not you should contact Ryze  btw I think it is a bug

Your picture would be appreciated. We haven't met this issue yet and would like to have an engineer to look into it. Would you be so kind to snap the Mobile system version and the APP version for further analysis?   Thanks in advanced.

I think it is not the problem with the drone, it  is the problem with the app or your phone. btw what phone you are using ?

We respectfully suggest that you can try another mobile device in the compatible list below to see if it persists. If no good luck, that would be very appreciated if you can snap the Mobile system version and the APP version and send it to support@ryzerobotics.com for further assistance.

1)  Snap of the model number and system version of your mobile devices.
2)  Snap of APP version as well as firmware version of Tello.
3)  Screenshots showing No option of "slide to take off"

1) I have Samsung Galaxy s7 sm-g930f   system version Android 7.0
2)App verison 1.2 10 15 (i think so )

Your helpful info would be highly appreciated. Recently we have released 1.2.10.19 to fix bugs. Would you be so kind to upgrade to the latest version and check if it would work?  Look forward to your reply.
