Not sure if anyone else is experienceing something similar to the problem i'm having. I'm able to get the camera pretty much balanced however the roll arm winds up in a position that it cant perform a full 360 degree roll. It just bangs or stops short from hitting the side of the gimbal. I tried a couple of different ways to balance it but keep winding up in the same situation. Has anyone else had a similar problem or find a way to fix it?

Are you holding the gimbal in the "flashlight" orientation?

Roll 360 is available when using the Ronin-S in Flashlight mode. Please refer to the following steps to use it properly.
1. In the Ronin app, go to “Remote Control” and “Channels” and set the desired channel to “Roll”.
2. Disable the other channels.
3. Enable Flashlight mode and start shooting.
