Having recently bought a DJI ND16 Filter from Amazon, found quite weird to see it arrived in a transparent plastic pouch with a soft rubber foam holding the filter and a black scratching sponge as holder. No filter case (supposingly dealing with a high quality glass and optical device, how one can protect it ???). All other filters on the market, the cheapest they might be, came always with a filter case...Quite weird also there is any inscription or marking on the filter's ring (if buy 3 different types, have to rely only on their apparent filter colour to identify each one?...

Attach some photos and welcome any confirmation this is the genuine DJI filter ... or not . Thanks.

Thanks A CW.
As for DJI ... How can one think so cheap and be so thight, miserly stingy? This is not about buying some plastic propellers, which, by the way, come even better protected in cardboard boxes.
Is about high end optics and the way they value their own product...in a plastic bag and scratchy sponge...
Luckily there are cheaper and better filters on the market, some manufactured in the same company, sold under other brand names and better presentation...

The filters for the Mavic's are sent in sets with a really nice case but the Phantom ND's are just as you received. I has all three with my P4P and broke one too. They are a pain to travel with as very fragile. You would think they would be fitted with a nice travel case.

Yes, definitely not expecting that from world's first and top drone manufacturer...
