[media=x,760,570]So i bought a DJI Spark by coolblue (shop in belgium) and i crasht my drone. So i send it back to DJI true COOLBLUE buth i sent it with the powerbank and 3 battery's included..  so i don't have my powerbank now, DJI didn't send it back

The only numbers i recieved are Factuurnummer 699805602

If the drone was sent back to DJI official repair center, the case number should be CAS-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. can you please get it from your dealer? Thanks.

Like i said earlier, i dend my spark back to DJI true Coolblue a store in Belgium where i bouht it in Antwerp, i recieved 2 numbers and none of the two are CAS numbers..

I see, it seems the drone was not sent back to DJI official repair center for repair but the dealer, did you contact them to report the issue? Will they send the Powerbank to you?

Thank you for the info, according to this case, there has the charging station on the case, and the drone has not shipped out.
The exact status is that we had sent the quotation but it was unpaid. The drone will be shipped back unrepaired after if no payment is received. Then the whole package will be sent back.
If there is an issue with the status or the case, you can let us know. We will do the best to help.
