I’ve tried searching for the answer - but I can’t seem to find anyone else writing about this.

I got an issue with my device... all of a sudden it just stops working just like I turned it off, without me doing that.
Then the app says it has to be restarted, and then it’s all good.

This can happen just after I turned it on, or it can work for 20-40 minutes straight before having this issue several times with a few minutes apart.

I was thinking it could be because I used FilmicPro, so I started using the DJI app , but the same thing happens here.

Frustrating when filming for 20-30min or more, and has to restart :-/

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience that caused, I would like to ask what specific Osmo are we using?  I would like to clarify that the unit will not respond for some reason right?
