I have inserted the Micro USB into the controller and charger! i have power on and i know that when the controller is charging the lights flash like the Spark batteries! however they just stay lite! i started with 3 lights, now im down to two so its obviously not charging. do i have a problem with the Brand new cable i bought last week or the controller input??

Did you switch the RC on?
If yes, switch it off!

Edit: But anyway, try a different USB cable.
Even if on, the white LED's should show charging

Belkin is a Good Brand for the Cable and Expensive too.

Did you Update the Remote Controller Firmware via DJI Assistant 2 from the PC ? If not try to check that the Firmware is updated.


You try another charger and if you have another Micro USB Cable try it too.

If the Problem persists try Contacting DJI Support, then can replace a damaged RC. But at least you would know from where the Problem is coming.

I am sorry for the trouble with your DJI Spark's battery. Do you have a spare USB cable? Please try to use a different USB cable and see if it will have the same result.

Yes i have tried to others! the one in the picture is brand new as i bought it specifically for this RC 2 days ago.
