DJI has an American repair facility in Grapevine Texas. From my experiences their repair service is fast. The proper channels are clearly posted in the service area of their website.
You create a service ticket and and ship it.
They quote you a repair, you pay for the repair ( unless its a warranty situation )
Then they ship it back to you, and, lots of times, depending on how bad you F***ed it up you receive a new unit because its easier to give you a new unit then to unf*** it .
Although some of you may find their information usefull
DO NOT give anyone your aircrafts SS number and purchase information to anyone EVER this is how you get scamed (unless you are the one calling them at their published 800 number, or you are on line with them, in which case, if you registered your drone and have DJI refresh, they will auto detect it in the repair ticket generation process..
