Can any one tell me what causes prop nosie in a video. I think that whats its called. Be nice to know how to avoid this and can it be removed in editing.

I don't think he means audio noise. Video noise, the distortion in the image caused by the spinning of the props.
If you are removing the gimbal lock, so it can go up to the limit, you will record the props everytime. Depending on th elight conditions, you'll see them more or less, but they will be there always. To avoid this, you have to keep the gimbal in it's regular movement zone.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly check the original footage of your SD card and see whether it has the same distortion. Try to test it on a no-wind place so that we can verify this case. It’s the sun that will effect it, you have a couple of options, fly with gimbal lowered, or a good option is fly to subject then record flying backwards, you can easily reverse in post, just be careful if people walking or cars moving in your shot they will also be reversed.
