It's actually normal, but many don't really see it as easily. In Raw you can really see it. Jpeg the MA uses a stretching process for the image. It's not a bad thing, but it is there to accommodate some lens edge distortions.
My MA also had a slight curvature on some images in the corners. For photos I could crop most of it out. Just have to learn to work with it. The cameras on these are not over spectacular, but they are much better than other flying products with a lens. Even my video had that "cream" look to highly detailed areas that many YT clips reported. Some tend to think this is a flying super camera, but it's not. It's a 1/2/3 sensor which is nothing all that great, and the lens is what it is.. 2.8 ap fixed, so you work with it. I sold my MA because my MP had the extra capabilities I needed in photo shoots. P4P is in a different camera realm if you really want it for the camera quality. Air, Spark, MP are more or less for increased portability, and a semi decent, though limited use (spec) camera. |
