Drones generally don't care if you are above water or not. Though, if the water is like a mirror like in this video, unexpected things can happen - keep some distance and always be ready at the altitude stick. I had all sensors on throughout the flight.

It's not allowed to sail on the lake, with a fuel-powered engine. Only rowing boats or small electric motors are allowed.

Can I ask you a Question, During the Low Flight at 2min08 do you disable the Bottom Sensors to do that type of Low Flying please ? I have a Mavic Pro Platinum.

2min53 is my Favourite Part ! Incredible ! I think you where very low there too ?

All sensors was enabled throughout the entire flight. The AC was never below approx 2 meters/6 feet, so really not that low. When I do fly over water I'm always very alert, and ready hit the altitude stick.

Watch the last few seconds of the video. I never knew I was that low (a couple of inches), before I watched the video clips, and since that day I've been more careful.
