This is the case number. I have posted the flight records and GPS data. Again DJI on the phone gave me no choice but to use my one-time warranty exchange. Now the brand new one they sent won't allow me to calibrate the vision, has propeller electric error, and the gimbal gets stuck.
Sir, as Mindy mentioned above, the flight records you offered is the Spark, instead of the Mavic Air in the case illustration, could you confirm this?
As for the vision calibration, may I know which step are you stuck with? May I have the error messages of the propeller and gimbal issues? |
