Please let me know who else has had this issue.  I was flying my drone at 277 ft away and all of a sudden it had a WEAK GPS SIgnal and Motor Obstruct error and at the same time wouldn't respond to the remote control.  I immediately crashed into the building.  You can see that it thought it went from 55 ft high to -4 ft high.  This is absolutely a DJI error and a dangerous one.  I submitted everything.  I had to call DJI 3 times.  They say they don't have access to the flight records, only the techs do.  They say they can't talk to the techs and then I have to pay to replace the drone.  Please share your stories about this.  I'm going to post this everywhere.  I'm hoping DJI makes changes to their customer service and response time.  Right now it's completely unacceptable.  I can't imagine if you were a professional and needed the drone to quickly get repaired.

That’s not motor error, that’s motor obstructed, this happens when your drone crashes into something.

It might help you understand what happened if you post your log .

I live in chicago and it's almost impossible to hold  solid GPS signal due to all the tall structures. Not saying this is the reason but I won't fly in chicago due to this and all the wifi interference.
I hope you get it sorted out with dji if it was a failure on their part.

It won't upload the CSV file.  It just times out.  It will upload other files but not the one that shows the crash.  This is why I posted the pictures.

I managed to get your case number via the forum info, upon checking the case log, the flight controller data corrupted so we contacted you to get the whole flight records. All info has been forwarded to our engineers for further analysis, we'll keep you posted once the analysis finished.

Thanks - I already sent it to them and after calling customer service 3 times they made me use my DJI care and pay $65 for a new one.  If you can show them this and refund the money and give me the DJI replacement back that would be great.  The customer service has to get better and the support staff has to pretend to listen

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, I was in the middle of an open parking lot so it didn't crash on me, but it was terrifying none the less... My co-pilot was less fortunate when he took it out 2 weeks ago... same thing happened and it crashed into a building. It is currently in for service with DJI

So DJI called and said because I already paid that they can't fix it.  They admit that it wasn't my fault but they force you to pay for it or you don't get it back.

The FlightLog uploaded to Google drive shows Low Battery warning, followed later by Critical Battery, and drone going into Auto Landing, then Forced Landing.

Hi there, our engineers have reviewed the flight records you provided above and it is the Spark's flight log instead of the Mavic Air, could you please check again?

This is the case number.  I have posted the flight records and GPS data.  Again DJI on the phone gave me no choice but to use my one-time warranty exchange.  Now the brand new one they sent won't allow me to calibrate the vision, has propeller electric error, and the gimbal gets stuck.

I can't send the flight record on here - I had re-posted it a couple months ago to the site that reads records.  What is your e-mail or how can I post it.  I have the TXT file.  The images also show what happened.  
The calibration vision system on the remote says it's normal but will come up with messages saying that it needs calibrating.  When I calibrate it there is no red or  green square.

Hi there, we are unable to analyze the logs in www.phantomhelp.com, we checked again your case, our manager has contacted you in July and explained that we can't dispute it anymore because the repair has already been paid. There is no refund option for repair when the customer paid for it, which means that customers agree on the price quotation.
For the vision calibration, did you try to calibrate it via the DJI Assistant 2?
