Hi. I am sorry to know that you are having this issue on two of your DJI Mavic Air's batteries. When did you purchase these batteries? Is the firmware of the batteries updated?

Thank you for the reply. All you need to do is to update the firmware of the DJI Mavic Air using the latest DJI Assistant 2. After the process, all you need to do is to insert and power on those two batteries to the Drone for them to be updated as well.

I performed updates via assistant already. Realy i think that problems started after that update, because i dont remember this dops before. Is there any chances, that only that one battery was updated? Because i dont remember any updates requestion after refreshing firmware.

You can check all your batteries one after the other with connecting to DJI Assistant if they are up to date with firmware. But I don't have the impression that this is your problem. 13% battery is critical level and it is absolutely normal that aircraft will auto-land and not take off again.

No, this is not normal. Battery drop from 13, 12 % to 0 % and after that drone make force landing and turn off. Only one battery works fine. How can i check battery updates on assistant?
I can try load my flight logs...

Wachtberger literally just told you... One at the time mounted on the drone, and check via DJI assistant 2.

You can check with DJI Assistant on your PC or Mac. Just connect aircraft while turned on with each of yor batteries. If there is a firmware inconsistency between aircraft and battery, DJI Assistant will pop up a message and suggest to update.

You should never trust the App to be accurate when it comes to % of battery left. There have been many posts about forced landings in inaccessible locations causing loss of drone due to App being inaccurate and pilots pushing the limit.

I always have it at my feet at 30%. I don't trust a lot of things DJI but choose to fly them anyway always knowing what can go wrong usually does.

Took a look at the log, the battery looks like it drained normally but the app kept wanting to send it home.

First battery is dead. No indications and no charging. Probably second one will be dead soon. I have question to DJI. If i bring them to dealer, they will change this two bateries immediately, or i need to wait for sending them to you?
