If you buy a drone from a big box store, especially an expensive drone, check the contents before leaving the store. I purchased a Phantom 4 Pro and I asked them very bluntly if it was a return or open item and they assured me it was not. But when got it home and opened the case there was very obvious crash damage. See attached photos. They claimed that they do not resell damaged drones but how did this one get resold?
I am sorry for the inconvenience and to know about the new DJI Phantom 4 Pro that you have purchased. Since this is a new Drone you may ask the store for replacement of the said unit.

They did replace it and I made them open and inspect the drone at the store to make sure it was ok.

How do I report it to DJI because this shouldn't have happened.
