I was trying to take the quiz and it tells me error no quiz found

Is it going to lock me out of flight or just keep giving me that error

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused, may I know what device are you using? did you manage to delete the app and re-install it again?

I am using the iPhone I did not try to delete and reinstall it I have never taken the quiz

I have the iPhone 8

Here is what happens then I get a blank page so I leave and fly

When you delete an app, be sure to first also delete your internet cache and cookies.
Then reboot the device and now reinstall your Go app.

It’s important to release the remaining morsels... stragglers. ;-)

I am not sure how to do that all I look in the app and there is some cache in there that needs cleaned out but not sure where to find it on my phone

In an iPad, Go to Settings and then tap Safari, now scroll down to Advanced. . .
