My Sparks battery with a full charge, do seven minutes long flights.
One of the cells does not charge completely.
It could be a firmware problem?

Fw. problem? Don't think so!
But connect the Spark with this battery to the assistant 2 and check if there is something to update

How old is the battery?
How many cycles?
You got it from DJI?

If under 6 month old and under 200 cycles and from DJI: contact service

Hello,

No error message in the details of battery telemetry, but the serial of the battery is 0C0AE7QB320R3X with 10 charges only.

That thing is made on 24. July 2017
Question is: How long do you have it?
And: Did you get it new?

Bought from a friend with the two batteries of the Combo Flymore, have the Spark to little more than a month.

My friend, told me he won your sister gift that brought the Uruguay or Chile. In this particular case occurs only with the battery in which sent the screenshot, the other batteries is functioning normally.

This is the other battery of Combo Flymore.

Ok, for now: Have you ever tried a deep decharge circle?
"Play" around with that battery midair, till you need to land and battery is  < 10% (can't take off)
After stay connected and download pictures to your phone , till the battery is switching off the bird.
Let it cool down and recharge it to full
Check if there is any difference in flight time.

Actually, the cell deviation you mentioned, how big is the difference between cells?

There is another way to check your batteries status using Airdata app.
Create an account and sync your flight data. Once you login to the account you can check all your flight information including minor and major deviations on the cells.

Cancel the lading procedure of Spark and wait for the automatic land.
The procedure of full discharge of battery works! The battery works about 13 minutes now.
