DJI. Yesterday I bought a new Spark bundle from Sam's Club that came with a second battery.  The second battery has the old faulty battery clip design.  Since DJI has acknowledged the issue by changing the design and this is a new purchase I'd like to get the battery replaced with one that has the correct clip design. How do I go about doing that?

I can't. I'd have to replace the whole thing. It came as a bundle. Spark, remote, and second battery. I can't just replace just the battery.  Why can't DJI rma the battery for a replacement??

I have 4 of that faulty Batteries..I did not get either one replacement till now.. although i claimed it several Times..

You mean you had to fight with DJI to get the battery swapped out?

I gave up, seem to make no sense wasting more time for such a bad way to handle those things like dji does. They did never really acknowledge that issue..

I don't get it. If it's not an issue then why would I be instructed buy a for forum admin to immediately return the unit for a replacement?

So are both these new or one old and one new?

I have done over 500 flights with old design batteries (right side).
So the design does work, just sometimes not for everyone.
Why that is? Luck? Handling?

Left battery new design, right battery old design.

I have 5 with old design, they wont replace them. Just use the Battery Retainers.
