Hi guys

Im hopiong someone can help me.

Im having trouble with my MA in that any computer I plug it into and open assistant it just says "Cannot load firmwarelist" and to "reset factory settings"

I do a rest and it keep giving me the same message.

Today I flew around and too a video and a panoramic photo and its now wont read the card in my card reader. I dont know if thats related.

Anyone have any ideas?

Can i do a reset with using a computer?

Hi. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this caused you. Can you please try to use a different cable to connect it to your AC to your PC?

I've tried 5 different cables and three different computers

I just want to clarify, are you using a windows 10 on the PC?

Just tried with my Macs.

All I get when I plug it in is this

When I click on restore factory settings it loads and says complete but it still won't show the version info.

Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2? Then connect your aircraft again. Also, make sure to connect your AC to the computer first before turning it on.

Yes that worked. Thanks.

I did realise Assistant was different for each drone and I was still using the one for my spark.
