Using the DJI Go 4 app to create movies from my Spark, and they look great within the app.  However, when saved locally, they play choppy and skip frames it seems.  I am using an Iphone 8Plus so I don't think the phone is the issue.  I have tried uploading to Facebook to see if that is any better and it is still choppy, even when viewing on my laptop.  Any ideas on using the app for video editing?  It is currently unusable for me like this.  Thanks!

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please upload the file here so that we can check it on our end? You  can upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here. Let me remind you that the files save on your APP are cached files only. Kindly check the SD card files and let me know if the problem is still the same. Thank you for your support.

Here is a sample file.  I have downloaded the original files from the Spark to my phone (knew not to use the cached version) and used them as my source. I have included the links to the source files here. The downloaded files play perfectly. When using the video creator, the created file plays perfectly while in the DJI app. When the file is completed and saved locally, that output is what is choppy.

Ok, so I may have solved the problem. When creating videos using the mobile editor, and if I have airplane mode off, the resulting video is choppy.  Today, just playing around with it, I was in airplane mode, and the videos not only came out looking smooth, they were created in a fraction of the time.  Not sure why, but it works for me!
