I just purchased a used Mavic from friend and noticed that he has warranty through the care refresh online and shows 2. How can I connect that to my account. I can see the account and service agreement when I go the refresh page.

Hi Crosswire, the DJI Care Refresh is bound with the aircraft SN, instead of the account, so there is no need to transfer. If the unit needs to be serviced, please kindly contact our support to start a case and marked I have purchased DJI Care Refresh, the system will recognize when sent it in, no worries.
