hello, when I connect my RC to a mobile android or an Ipad camera button does not appear, on the Ipad only appears how to connect and on the android when I pass the aircraf inspire if you give me the camera button but in other aircraf do not.

also the RC is not connected to the aircraf, I did the steps of C1 and C2 (it did not work) use the update of the fireware to 1.11.0020 and now neither the rotors work.

Thanks for the response. However, HTC One M9 Plus is not compatible with your Phantom 3 advanced. Could you please try to use different device that is compatible with your drone other than iPhone 6 Plus. For reference, you may check the image below.
