Hi. I am sorry for the trouble. There could be an issue with the compatibility of the mobile device that you have that is why you are encountering bad feed. The mobile device ( Samsung S3 ) is not yet a part of the recommended mobile device for your DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. Using a non recommended mobile device can affect the performance, compatibility, and reliability of the Drone. I will be posting the list of the recommended mobile device for your DJI Mavic Pro Platinum.
