Mavic Pro Platinum running with Samsung S3 videos very grainy can't see where I'm flying and it transfers to the video when I try to play it back as all grainy also no idea what to do

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble. There could be an issue with the compatibility of the mobile device that you have that is why you are encountering bad feed. The mobile device ( Samsung S3 ) is not yet a part of the recommended mobile device for your DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. Using a non recommended mobile device can affect the performance, compatibility, and reliability of the Drone. Are you playing back the cached video or the video from the Mavic's removable memory card?
