my rc and spark linked with no problem. dji assistans 2 shows the installed firmware version as V01.00.0600 but does not show the new version V01.00.1000 for download. also dji go4 says upgrade required but doesnt download, i was starting update procedure than showing pop-up message "network disconnected". look at the pics.


what should i do?

This is just a "you're not alone" post. Today I got my new Spark that came with V01.00.0600 and I cannot update it to the latest version.
My screens from DJI Assistant 2 and the DJI Go 4 app are exactly the same as yours.

I hope it will get resolved soon...

Same here. At least I'm not alone, but it's still frustrating

what do we have to do in this matter, is there anyone with knowledge?

Not sure if there is an issue with DJI server as Syncing Flight Records isn't working for me either and others.   It might be a case of just trying it again.   Hopefully someone from DJI can offer some info for you.

This morning I've been able to update the firmware, so I guess it was a DJI server issue.

Hi, if the issue will persist. I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing the app then try to update it again. Please let us know for further help. Thank you for the support.

Everything is alright, friends. Updates Spark and the RC were successfully installed. I think the server was having a temporary problem. Thank you.

The OTG cable works perfectly on the Huawei P9. Connect the OTG cable to the phone after linked Spark and RC so that there is no connection problem.
