I bought a new battery today. I plug it in to Spark to first charge the battery, but the green lights do not blink as it should be. Spark is not opening and the battery does not charge for hours. I think the  battery is closing and opening in a row or can not leave hibernation. Does anyone have an idea? Watch the video..

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know where is the USB cable plugged in? Do you have a different cable  or charger to use? Please watch the video tutorial below on how to properly charge the battery. Thanks for your support.

USB cable plugged in AC. I have no other usb cable or charger but i have another battery. Working and charging perfectly.

Leave it plugged in over night
It may need a bit longer to weak up!
If it is not awake by tomorrow, get it back to the shop or open a case with DJI in case you bought from them direct

ops, sry, the video didn't start before I answered.
The battery is about half full, when you push the button?
Can it start the spark, is it reacting on the start pushes?
If yes, let it go down till the spark switches off alone.
And retry charging afterwards again.

Hi mate. Battery is fully empty, not half charged. Spark does not open and there is no reaction when i push or hold the button. Also when i unplugged the AC cable, no light or blink.

From the video, the battery is not fully empty, it has two lights blinking....

yep but no effect when i push or hold the button.

So try over night and if nothing changes: get it back to the dealer

press button and hold longer, it could be reset the battery.the battery button has hidden functions like heating mode.
