Having someissues with my new dji p4 pro plus
The first drone i recieved was broken fresh out of the box  and I did get a new replacement from the retailer
Also they activated the dji go 4 app before they shipped it on my request .
The new did  need to be registred due to get the 1 year garangty
this where the trouble begins .
I did find a wifi net as i needed to do so . but had really problem with getting it connected
after a while (Like an hour)I succseed
However when enerring my email adress and password  i get the messsage ..log in failed .. So i went home to check if my password was coorect   it was but i Changed it just to be sure
then i drove bact to where the Wifi is  and tried to log in and registet My drone and the 1 year garangty
However now evry time i connecy to wifi
I get the message  dji 4  go has stopped and get a black screen . if i disconnect from wifi  the the DJI 4 go do not stopp
what do we do
It is  3-4 weeks since i bought this drone and still to be imposible t seems to get it into the air for several wifi and dji 4 go reasons  .
No i cannot uppgrade it as  dji 4 go stops working evrytime i connect to wifi

it is a dji 4 4 pro plus
they have the mobile device inbiuld in the remote controll
one cannot connect a cellphone to them

Sorry but that screen is awaible to me untill the drone   has been connected to my dji 4 go account
however the drone and Rc is  connected to ech other all green light in both the rc and  drone
As i said the dj 4 go app stopps working as soon as i connect the rc to a wifi net  
and all i have is a black screen
without wifi connection  dji 4 go app dont stopp
as soon as i turn on both the  the drone and RC  i am asked to registre and log on to my accont
And the dji 4 go app is not awaible while doing so

May I know if you are getting an error message? Could you please upload a video showing the issue that you encountering right now so we can determine the real issue. Thanks.

here are 2 videos aff what happens
first video shows that the rc and  drone are connected
but the dji4 go app crashes when i am connected to a wifi net in order to registri the drones warrenty
next xideo shows that the dont crash when not connected to a wifinet
as the drone must be registyed in order to fly
I am stucked  
the first try the dji 4 go app did not crash  but iat your end  it was not possible to regitri it
for reason i do not know
so i changed the pass word on your site  
and that is when the crashed began
have after that changed my assword back  but with no succes  dji 4 go app keeps on crashing
to do any Uppdates is not possible when the dji 4 go app kepps on crashing
the drone has not been in the air ever  since I cant pass the warrenty step

I noticed your battery didn't appear to be plugged in all the way in you 1st video. Do you think this may have caused the problem? This may have corrupted your existing firmware.

I noticed in your first Video you started the Drone while it is in the Box, this is deadly for the Gimbal, it can not be calibratedand could cause the Problem

I can check again but i doubt it
As soon as i connect to a wifinet  
the system crashes

I have watch the video
in video 2 at 1:42  I can clearly see that the battery is all the way in
thoose 2 videos was shot right after echother
without me doing anything with the battery between the videos .

Bumbing this Issue
Batteri is firmly inserted
Took some moments pic out of video one
at 0:46 and 1:21 .
cropped them
and as i see it itbattery is in properly

look for your self
guess i Have to Refund this drone too :/
2 refunds in one month both brandnew drones
wtf is going on ?
is it refubees or downgraded drones I am bying ?

Hi. I'm sorry for the late response. Upon checking, I see that the built-in screen is asking you to update?Can you please try to download the firmware that is popping-up on your screen before you activate your drone? If the issue persist, I highly recommend you to send it back for replacement. Thank you.

Tried to uppgrae it
first it stopped at  0 %
Then it stopped att 99%
and after that gave  me the message that file was broken

after that  i got the message inconsistent firmware

a while later  i got the message  Ui Has  Stopped .
I have been bulding my own  computers for tke last 25 years

And when message like that starts popping upp it  is a very strong indication for a hardware faliure .
I have  contacted the retailer and the have agrred to take it back
Next drone must fly  before the ship it to me as this 2 drone in a row with hardware faliure right out of the box  .
