Hi I'm a bit confused regarding the Phantom 4 Pro inside the box there was a mention of DJI care along with a barcode it's more of a QR code to be correct. So my question is does the Drone come with a complimentary DJI care pack? Or is there another warranty that comes with this unit and if so what is the. I have searched inside the box and there's no other information besides the instruction manual and then I tried contacting dji chat only to be further confuse the gentleman was telling me that I have to contact Best Buy

Unless things have changed recently, you haven't got a manual in the box.
Perhaps you got a brief quick-start guide.

The Phantom comes with a standard warranty to cover manufacturing defects etc.
