Spoke with DJI, did thier recommendations, latest firmware etc. Purchased in May, same problem since day 1 but took months and lots of forum reading to ID the exact problem.
Hi, I would like to ask if you manage to use the DJI Assistant 2 to restore factory defaults and refresh the firmware? It's recommended as well re-calibrating the IMU, compass, and gimbal after using the DJI Assistant 2. If ever that the issue will persist after exhausting the troubleshooting it would be better to send the unit to our repair facility for further evaluation.
