my I2 got stuck in a flight mode. the aircraft turn on but don't beep and the yellow light blinks. no connectivity with the controller and Dji assistabt 2. the camera move when it turn on but not working. what can i do. i don't understand

Hi. Thank you for providing a video. Did you try to calibrate the gimbal, IMU, compass and vision system?

May I know what happened prior to this problem? Did it crashed or suffered from a hard landing?

no its not crashed or damaged,it happens during working.. i landed it due to battery low, change the battery and it happens

only few flights done by this aircraft may be 20 to 25 flights and sudden this happened

Sorry for the late response. If that's the case, we highly suggest to send the drone to our repair facility and have it check.

For almost sure its the servo!! Its an easy and cheap repair, the servo its found at china resellers, in my case I got it in 5 days, with a 10 minutes work for changing it... If you are not sure if it is, you can check it, because it an easy disassemble/ re assemble, try to make it  move detached from the gear, if it moves helping it  or doesnt at all its broken, also you can smell the oil, on sign of it appear on the outside cover, you can remove it easily just removing the nose, the top plate, and there it is, the servo attached with 3 bolts,  pull it out removing the cable plug that you have to just unscrew the connections cover on the right side located beside the arm easy too!!. To reinsert it maybe you need to use the little screwdriver from beneath move worm to make it fit, easy too and reconnect cable. In my case my servo was completely damaged the sealed motor inside leaked the oil over the electronics inside the little black box. You can get a cheap original motor from china providers 60 USD at alibaba FLYFUN sell it (I Got it there, excellent attention), or get the whole part 19  (middle frame) from DJI over 200 usd, but you will be only using the servo in this case. Remember to clean well the gear worm, on maintenance manual its recommended to use a little of wd40 just to clean, then apply synthetic white or transparent grease over the mechanism. Just rise it and lower a couple of times, ready to fly...
