To me it looks like an issue with the gimbal.

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask if you manage to check if there's a strong wind during your flight? Did you encounter any error message on the DJI GO 4 app? Did you notice the position of your gimbal prior to your take off if its tilted?

Correspond to the flight record, I found a message for compass interference. There was not a strong wind environment.

I guess the problem is relative to the sports mode and RTH mode.
