The status bar on my P4P+ monitor displays a red triangle with question mark upon startup —- then it disappears within a second. What does this indicate?

It shows the red triangle until the IMU's warm up I believe. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

     It does that for me, so I am inclined to agree with your assessment of the icon.  Hopefully we are on the right track!  Kinda new, yeah?

Im not sure it has anything to do with warming up but more like an initialisation kinda like the boot sequence of a computer

It is a warning that something is not correct. Hit the arrow to the right of the triangle and that will tell you what the issue is. Could be anything form an available update to a compass/VPS issue.

No all P4P's do this you will see it for about three to five seconds and then it will disappear... but  if there is an actual problem it will not disappear and when you click on it it will tell you what the actual problem is

Sounds intriguing...

It is true, it does do this, i believe i saw it say initializing the IMU, its nothing to worry about if it goes after a few seconds, only if it stays on the screen is when you need to worry about it....

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Most likely, red triangle icon show about an error on IMU. If the issue appears again, please have a screenshot of it for us to determine the issue. Thank you.
