I just bought brand new Mavic Air,everything works,camera moves,i did fly already but on my Samsung s5mini i cant see he live video,i cant still record and it will save on card,but im not see live image.DO i need some newer phone?Is it good idea to buy tablet?Any recommend one?Thanks

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced. Regarding with your Concern may I ask what Is the Aircraft status on the top left of the screen when on the camera view? Are you having the Disconnected in Gray?

Looks like you have done the extract SD card and see if it has images stored. Better phone/tablet required i'd say, but before you do that borrow one just to confirm.

Try install DJI Go version  below 4.3.

Android has worked fine for me for the past 4 months.  I started with a Note 4 Edge on my Mavic Air.  then when i wanted a tablet, I got the Samsung Tab S.  Since my fleet is also growing, i picked up an iPad mini 4 (got it really cheap)  

Now I the Samsung Note 4 is dedicated to the Tello, the Samsung Tab S is dedicated to the Phantom, and the iPad Mini 4 is dedicated to the Mavic Air.  I have actually had less issues with the Android devices than the iPad.

@Pippocze, as you can see, you can choose a plethora of devices.   If you choose to upgrade your device, just make sure whatever you pick is on the approved devices list.

but in terms of troubleshooting, I would start by replacing the cable that you are using to connect the controller to the phone.
