I ordered the Phantom pro 4 V2.0 with 2 batteries, the three cell charger and dji refresh. There is an important event coming up i am needing this drone for. Please help.

I'm definitely hoping this issue isn't common. Just ordered the DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ v2 and waiting that long would mean I should have just bought it through amazon
When i ordered mine on the 18th of August the shipping said 3 to 5 business days. And i was prepared for that. I contacted dji customer service on friday afternoon, was told it would ship this past Monday.

Status just changed to Partially Shipped, according to dji customer service this means the warehouse is waiting for the pickup by the delivery company.

Hi, James Allen. We found that the entire unit was shipped. It displays 'partially shipped' was because DJI Care Refresh did not take effect. The DJI Care Refresh will be activated two days after the drone is shipped. Please rest assured.
