I have a phantom 4 pro, never been crached or a hard landing. Photos were perfect. When I came home I had a message that said there was a firmware update for the drone and controller, so I updated them both, now all my photos are over exposed. After doing some research I found a thread that said to shut of the mechanical shutter, I did that and the photos are perfect again. How can this be fixed so I can turn the mechanical shutter back on? The update was 3 days ago.

Hi. Sorry for the late response. Did you try to refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2?

I did try to refresh the update with no luck. I even did a factory restore and no luck then used the dji assistant 2 to update to the newest update again and still no luck. All photos are over exposed when the mechanical shutter is turned on.
