Lost ProRes/CDNG-Licence after Repair

Hi there!

Unfortunately I lost my valid and functional license for ProRes / CDNG after a repair at DJI. I have already done a downgrade of the firmware and factory reset - unfortunately without success.

Does anyone have any other tips?

Hi Susan,

Before repairing the Inspire2 I had no problems with the license - everything went well.
On my repair form was still stuck on a post-it on the "license" draufstand .. Has an employee forgot something ..?!


I'll send you the pictures from Assistant2 / OSX here.

My setup is:
Inspire 2 (V. 01.02.0200), Serial: 0A0LDCE00300PS
X5s & X7 (new)
240 SSD
480 SSD
Cendence & Crystalsky
Stock-Remote & Crystalsky
