Hello,Firstly, sorry if my English not too good.

I have the drone for 1 month and I didn`t realize 1 thing:
Until 8/22 when I took photos or recorded videos it saved in the Editor category in the app.
But, 2 days later when I took photos or recorded videos I didn't see the media in the Editor category.
I search on YouTube and I find a way to see the media and it called " Playback ".
But, in the Playback, I need to download the media if I want to share it, and I can`t download it, the download fails.

So I have 2 questions.
1/ Why the media doesn't exist in the editor? what happened?
2/ Why I can`t download the media from the playback? maybe it`s happened because I am connected through the Spark RC WIFI?

I also had sometimes download failures.
What you need to do, is to connect to sparks WiFi directly without the remote.
That way the downloads will be successful and the speed is much higher.
